We have made some changes to our Privacy Policy and wanted to provide you with more information regarding how we process your personal data.

Your privacy is important to us, which is why we will only ever use your private data to keep you informed about our latest offers and promotions and will never share your data with any third parties.

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand why we collect and retain your data. Zestlife uses and stores your data for fulfilling a contract to you and for marketing, with your consent. You may withdraw consent to marketing or restrict processing at any time.

Who are we?

Zestlife Ltd is a private company registered in the UK selling high quality vitamins, minerals, supplements and other nutrition and wellbeing products direct to our customers.

We collect information about you in order to provide you with the goods and services you have requested from us, to comply with our contractual obligations and notify you of any changes to our services.

The information we collect when you register and why we collect it.

When you buy goods from us, you are entering into a contract with us. We offer you the option of setting up an account or purchasing as a Guest User so we can fulfil your order  we  ask you to provide some personal information such as;

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number (not mandatory)
  • Consent to receiving marketing information via email


If you create an account this contains the information you inputted, alongside a record of the orders you have placed.

If you order as a guest, you do not have an account, though we will hold information appropriate to your order for as long as is required to ensure we can assist with any issue relating to your order.

What do we do with your data?

We use the data we store to fulfil your orders and send you personalised, relevant communications regarding our product and services.

Zestlife will never pass or sell your data outside the Zestlife Group except where that third party requires the data to provide order delivery, or to provide communications as part of Zestlife’s normal service, including marketing analytics.

We share your data with our trusted fulfilment partners and ensure all appropriate contractual safeguards and security is in place. These include warehouse packing services, IT systems, hosting providers and IT support to fulfil your order.

Your data will be kept for a period of 10 years after your last transaction with us. We need to keep transaction information for auditing and statutory reporting purposes for this period, however we can remove you from our marketing database if you wish.
