Relax at our peaceful country estate in Denbighshire, a lovingly restored converted barn set amid rolling North Wales countryside. The accommodation blends character with modern Scandinavian comfort, offering elegant bedrooms and calming communal spaces. Indoors unwind by the fire and enjoyed relaxed communal spaces, and outside offers woodland with quiet corners perfect for reflection.

This retreat features a plant-based menu designed to support recovery, boost immunity, and nourish your body after each cold water immersion. Packed with energising and healing nutrients, it helps restore balance, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. And, of course, it’s delicious, fuelling your journey to renewal with every meal. All our retreats are alcohol free.

Dive into the healing power of nature with guided breath work and meditation in a private ancient woodland, followed by a collective group cold water immersion in the natural woodland pond. SCHEDULE
Retreat schedule
Friday: Arrivals 5pm, cake and juice, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, woodland guided cold water immersion and meditation, lunch, massage, sound journey, cake and juice, breath work, and dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, woodland guided cold water immersion and meditation, walk and farewell lunch, departures 4pm.
