About
The location
Norway's coastline is a landscape of fjords, mountains and small fishing villages, largely untouched by mass tourism. Retreats here are built around the water; wild swims in cold, clear seas, coastal and mountain hikes, and days that follow the light rather than a clock.
Zest Life retreats in Norway are held at a private, small-scale coastal stay, with the exact venue and access details confirmed on the current retreat page.
This is wellness shaped by wide-open landscape and cold water, not spa luxury.

VENUE

Coastal hideaway
Zest Life retreats in Norway are held in small, private coastal accommodation, away from towns and tourist routes, with mountains rising straight from the sea. Sole use of the property is typical, keeping each retreat intimate and quiet.
ACCOMMODATION

Sleep & relax
Rooms are modern, warm and simply styled, usually within small apartments or cabins close to the water, in a mix of shared and private options. Exact room types and pricing are confirmed on the current retreat page, as these vary retreat to retreat.
OUTDOOR SPACES

Fjords & coastline
Days move around the water and the hills above it — cold sea or fjord swims, coastal walks, and hikes into the mountains beyond. Wildlife spotting is often part of the week, weather and nature permitting.
INDOOR SPACES

Yoga studio
Each retreat has a dedicated space for yoga, usually looking straight out over the water. All equipment is provided, so there's nothing to bring beyond yourself.
RESPONSIBILTY

Responsibility
Norway retreats are held at family-owned, small-scale accommodation, with sole use of the property for the week — no other guests, no shared footprint. Meals are made from fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers, and each retreat stays small by design, never more than a handful of guests at a time.
DOWN TIME

Sauna
Sauna is a fixture of every Norway retreat — the place to warm back up after cold water, and where the day slows down. Expect it built into most days, alongside proper free time.
Why guests choose Norway:
- You love being active and outdoors, and want your holiday to move
- You're drawn to wild, remote landscapes over spa luxury
- You enjoy cold water, or want to try it with guidance
- You want to travel somewhere remarkable, but maybe not alone
- You don't mind a longer, scenic journey to reach somewhere few people go
