We created this yoga and wild swimming retreat in Norway to offer a unique blend of deep inner connection and wild, soul-stirring adventure. Set on Senja Island, a remote gem in Scandinavia’s Arctic Circle, this experience invites you to slow down and reconnect through daily yoga, mindfulness, and plant-based nourishment, while also embracing the thrill of the outdoors. From cold water dips to exploring dramatic fjords, mountains, and Arctic beaches, every moment is designed to awaken your senses and restore your balance. This is more than a yoga retreat in Norway, it’s a journey into nature, presence, and your most vibrant self.

UNIQUE YOGA RETREATS

Set in the Arctic Circle, our midnight sun yoga retreat offers a unique experience. Practice yoga under the endless golden light, surrounded by rugged fjords, snow-capped mountains, and wild beaches. Enjoy cold water dips, nourishing plant-based meals, and guided yoga sessions to reset your body and mind. One highlight is the midnight kayak adventure, where you’ll paddle beneath the magical northern sky. With a small group and a focus on connection, this Norway yoga holiday blends adventure and stillness for a truly rejuvenating experience.

With the midnight sun shining 24 hours a day, you can practice yoga under the golden light of an endless summer. The weather is mild and perfect for outdoor adventures. July is also a time when nature is at its most vibrant, with lush landscapes, tranquil beaches, and crystal-clear waters, making it the ideal time to reconnect with both nature and yourself

ACCOMMODATION

5 luxury nights

Our retreat is set in beautifully designed small hotel on a tranquil harbour, of an old fishing village surrounded by majestic mountains. We have our own group of apartments, each with ensuite bathrooms and spacious living rooms featuring breathtaking fjord views, a private dining space, and a peaceful yoga room overlooking the fjord, offering both calm and connection in a serene setting.

All meals included

This retreat features a plant-based menu designed to support recovery, boost immunity, and nourish your body after each cold water immersion. Packed with energising and healing nutrients, it helps restore balance, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. And, of course, it’s delicious, fuelling your journey to renewal with every meal. All our retreats are alcohol free.

Activities

Kayak & Swim

Your retreat includes four unforgettable experiences designed to connect you with nature and adventure. Hike Husfjellet mountain for stunning views, followed by a refreshing swim in the fjord. Explore the landscape on an exhilarating E-bike and wild swimming expedition. A highlight of the retreat is experiencing the midnight sun on a remote Arctic island, accessible by boat or kayak.

Activities

Yoga

Daily yoga practices will energise and restore your body, with morning vinyasa flow sessions to awaken and evening restorative yoga to relax. Each session is designed to complement the physical benefits of wild swimming, focusing on breath work, alignment, and deep relaxation. This holistic approach enhances your overall health and well-being, making it the perfect complement to your wellness retreat experience.

Sauna & Hot tub

Throughout your retreat, you’ll also have the opportunity to unwind with two hot tub and sauna sessions, ensuring you feel restored after each adventure.

We all know how beneficial a sauna is to our health and wellbeing, which is why we offer these therapies as part of our relaxation time on this retreat.

Held in stunning Norway

Our destination is the north west coast Senja island, an incredibly beautiful part of Norway where steep, majestic mountains dive straight into the sea and pearly white beaches line a small archipelago of uninhabited islands. 
Fly to Tromso, then it's a beautiful hours boat journey through the fjords to Finnsnes.

SCHEDULE

Retreat schedule

Thursday: Arrivals from Tromso airport, then ferry to Finnsnes at 2pm, settle in, evening yoga, followed by welcome dinner.

Friday: Fjord dip, morning yoga, breakfast, full-day guided hike up Husfjellet mountain, fjord swim, yoga, dinner.

Saturday: Fjord dip, morning yoga, breakfast, E-bike and wild swimming expedition, yoga, dinner.

Sunday: Fjord dip, morning yoga, breakfast, optional adventure day, yoga, dinner, midnight sun kayak adventure.

Monday: Fjord dip, morning yoga, breakfast, hike up Sukkertoppen, sauna/hot tub, yoga, farewell dinner.
